Ethereal thoughts of more peaceful times
While walking in nature’s primeval forest,
Old growth trees in towering heights
Multi-layered canopies filtering light
Coarse woody debris on forest floor.

Wildlife thrives amongst tall trees
Owls, woodpeckers, deer and wolves
Living in environment’s natural habitat,
An occasional bison…
