The Earth Is Speaking

Winter is leaving but never really came
As autumn extended itself into spring,
Unusual weather seems to pervade the Earth
Unusual warmth and severe cold co-existing.

The earth is speaking but who is listening
To her shrieking wails of pain and sorrow?
Suffering from many excesses on the planet
Such as gaseous clouds and the rape of mountains.
